He sprang from the bed and rushed toward Little Red Riding Hood.

She was so frightened she screamed and ran from the wolf.

A woodcutter happened to be working nearby in the forest and heard Red Riding Hood calling for help.

He ran into the cottage and with a quick swing of his sharp axe he cut the wolf’s head right off.

Little Red Riding Hood thanked the woodcutter for saving her life.

Then she let Grandmother out of the closet.

Together they enjoyed the cookies and of course the wolf never bothered them again.
